Fall Steward Hours

Starting Tuesday 9/2 there will be no weekday morning launch service and evenings will cut off earlier as well (fall schedule is below). Do plan accordingly. Wednesday hours in Sept will be extended as necessary to accommodate racers (but don't hang out on your boat afterwards!!).

We’ll also be running more volunteer shifts so when you call in, leave your radio on and leave a light on if it’s dark in case your humble coxswain needs a little more help vectoring.

And please keep a light handy if you’re using a dinghy after dark. Just because you can see us doesn’t mean we can see you.

LCYC is a member-run yacht club located in a sheltered cove on the southwest shore of Shelburne Bay in Shelburne, Vermont, USA. We offer moorings, activities, and community for our members, most of whom own a sailboat or powerboat. The object of the Club is to promote and encourage boating and sailing on Lake Champlain, while emphasizing racing, cruising, and education, without financial gain. LCYC organizes several rendezvous events. Spontaneous cruising events also materialize throughout the season. We have a number of scheduled events planned for the summer season.
