Bay Road - Latest update

Next week, on Tuesday September 8, Bay Road will close to all through traffic for several weeks. It will close just after Spinnaker Lane to just before the LaPlatte River Bridge. An emergency gravel lane will be created for emergency vehicles only: police, fire, ambulance/rescue. Only emergency vehicles may use this lane.

As we continue to reiterate, (and anyone who has done a home renovation knows!), construction is a fluid process that is susceptible to change based on a variety of factors including but not limited to, in-field conditions, labor availability, weather, unforeseen circumstances and more.

The date of Bay Road closure on September 8 is a solid date. Bay Road will close on September 8 for several weeks. The length of closure will be a few weeks, and depend, based on the construction crew's recent progress and the above factors.
