The Winooski Valley Sail and Power Squadron's Eight-Week Boating Course begins Wednesday, Feb. 21 at Camels Hump Middle School in Richmond. The first class begins at 6:30 p.m., the subsequent classes begin at 7 p.m. Just show up to register. Suitable for folks age 12 and up.
