Steve - I just copied the coordinates out of the LCYC Race Manual. The format is degrees/decimal minutes.

GOPS Coordinates
Most GPS units show location in degree and minutes to two or three decimal places. ie N 38 48.18', W094 56.483'. One can covert .483' to 29 seconds if need be. In some units the decimal places are selectable.
